In Salt Lake City’s Avenues, the Coffin House was built a while after the Andrew J. Warner house in Ogden. They have an almost identical Queen Anne Victorian exterior, although different floor plans inside, and certainly different local architects of record. It seems likely they may be based on the same original plans, perhaps by Newsom in California.
